  • Senior graphic designer and brand builder

    Design with purpose:
    Branding is about more than visuals — it’s about shaping the attributes that make a brand memorable and trusted. I designed with intention across pitch decks, partner-facing materials, internal branding, and sales collateral, ensuring every piece reflected the broader brand strategy.

    Planning and execution:
    I planned, budgeted, and executed creative projects from concept through to delivery, including large-scale partnerships and campaign work. This included organising and directing photo and video shoots, travelling interstate to Melbourne and Canberra, and managing timelines, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.

    Tech know-how:
    I used a wide range of tools to bring the brand to life, from designing in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to coding B2B emails in HTML using Visual Studio Code.

    Vendor & stakeholder management:
    I worked directly with external vendors, production partners, and internal stakeholders, coordinating schedules, managing deliverables, and ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.

    All-round contributor:
    Alongside my design work, I took on additional responsibilities including First Aider, Fire Warden, and Data Champion, supporting the business beyond my core role and contributing wherever needed.

  • Graphic Designer

    A formative in-house role where I worked closely with retail, CRM, and acquisition teams to deliver design solutions across POS, high-volume print, CRM campaigns, and digital acquisition. This is where I built a strong partnership with Creative Director Zach Dowd — a collaboration that became known internally for its pace, creativity, and consistency.

  • Digital & Print Designer

    An in-house role supporting five internal media teams across both digital and print. I delivered infographics, presentations, EDMs, responsive designs, and app-related assets for major national brands, while managing competing priorities at scale. This role was also personally significant, as I secured Australian Permanent Residency during my time at Telstra.

  • Marketing Coordinator

  • In-house Designer

    What began as a one-day-a-week internship evolved into an in-house design role. I brought design capabilities in-house, saving time and budget while expanding output across print and digital. I worked closely with leadership on publications, branding initiatives, and digital archives — an experience that cemented my love of working in small, purpose-driven teams.

I’m Eileen. I’m a senior graphic designer and brand builder with over a decade of experience working primarily in-house, partnering closely with teams to shape brands from the inside out.

My career spans finance, technology, telecommunications, government programs, and purpose-led organisations, with a strong focus on digital-first design, storytelling, and practical execution. I’m at my best when embedded in a team — balancing creative craft with commercial awareness, and bringing ideas to life through collaboration, curiosity, and care.
